FOOD_ART AWARDS 2013
Il concorso, finalizzato alla promozione, alla ricerca e al sostegno dell’arte contemporanea in Italia, promosso dalla Regione Puglia e organizzato dall’Assessorato alla Cultura di Ceglie Messapica, prevede la realizzazione di un evento espositivo e l’assegnazione finale di un Premio di 2.000 € per la miglior opera in concorso. Gli Artisti selezionati saranno invitati ad esporre presso le stanze Medievali del Castello Ducale di Ceglie Messapica
dal 13 al 28 Agosto 2013.
Ogni artista è chiamato ad utilizzare qualsiasi tecnica per promuovere la propria idea sul Food , la selezione delle opere finaliste da parte dell’organizzazione sarà effettuata tenendo conto dell’originalità dell’opera, l’innovazione e la contemporaneità, oltre che delle qualità artistiche del candidato.

realizzazione del logo “Eco Companies and Building
Bando di gara per l’affidamento di incarico per l’ideazione e la realizzazione grafica del logo “Eco Companies and Building”
1. Soggetto aggiudicatore
Il bando è indetto da APE - Agenzia per l’energia del Friuli Venezia Giulia, via Santa Lucia 19,
33013 Gemona del Friuli - UD (di seguito soggetto aggiudicatore) in qualità di partner del Progetto
di cooperazione transfrontaliera denominato “Alp Eco Companies and Building” (di seguito
Progetto) co-finanziato dal Fondo europeo per lo sviluppo regionale nell’ambito nel programma
Interreg IV Italia-Austria.
Sono partner del Progetto:
- Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten - Camera di Commercio della Carinzia (lead partner);
- Accademia dei Colloqui di Dobbiaco - Akademie der Toblacher Gespräche;
- APE - Agenzia per l’energia del Friuli Venezia Giulia;
- Provincia di Belluno.
2. Procedura di aggiudicazione
L’affidamento dell’incarico verrà aggiudicato mediante procedura aperta con il criterio dell’offerta
economicamente più vantaggiosa, di cui all’articolo 83 del D.Lgs n. 163/2006, secondo i criteri di
valutazione di cui al successivo paragrafo 9.
Il soggetto aggiudicatore potrà procedere all’aggiudicazione anche in presenza di una sola offerta
valida o non affidare alcun incarico nel caso in cui le offerte pervenute siano giudicate non conformi ai requisiti del presente bando.
3. Oggetto dell’incarico
Il bando ha quale oggetto l'affidamento in convenzione dei servizi di ideazione, progettazione e
realizzazione grafica di un logo che rappresenti il nuovo marchio ecologico “Eco Companies and
Building”.
Il marchio ecologico sarà utilizzato nel settore edilizio per individuare, accreditare e certificare
prodotti, sistemi, edifici, imprese ed aziende dal punto di vista della sostenibilità energetica e
ambientale. Il marchio vuole quindi rappresentare:
- la qualità di prodotti, servizi, tecnologie e sistemi costruttivi ed impiantistici, costruzioni ed
edifici, con particolari caratteristiche di efficienza energetica e sostenibilità;
- la competenza, la formazione e l’impegno di professionisti, enti, aziende e imprese nel campo dell’efficienza energetica e della sostenibilità.
Il logo avrà carattere internazionale e sarà inizialmente applicato sui territori di competenza dei
partner di Progetto.
Il logo dovrà essere contraddistinto da requisiti di efficacia comunicativa, chiarezza ed originalità e
sarà gestito e utilizzato come simbolo ufficiale dai soggetti proprietari del marchio “Eco Companies
and Building”; inoltre, sarà declinato in versioni coordinate per l’utilizzo da parte di soggetti
riconosciuti e/o accreditati e/o certificati nell’ambito delle attività di “Eco Companies and Building”.
L’incarico richiede quindi la realizzazione del logo principale rappresentativo del marchio ecologico
“Eco Companies and Building” e della variante coordinata “partner” per i soggetti accreditati
partner “Eco Companies and Building”. Il logo dovrà essere inedito ed avere le seguenti
caratteristiche: Qualora stampato, il presente documento costituisce riproduzione cartacea del documento informatico sottoscritto digitalmente da
Matteo Mazzolini il 12-luglio-2013 e depositato presso l’archivio informatico dell’Agenzia per l’energia del Friuli Venezia Giulia.

- riportare un simbolo grafico che contraddistingua il logo per originalità, riconoscibilità,
leggibilità ed efficacia comunicativa;
- riportare la denominazione “Eco Companies and Building” (la denominazione potrà essere riportata con lettere maiuscole e/o minuscole);
- avere preferibilmente altezza e larghezza di uguale dimensione;
- prevedere l’utilizzo di uno o più colori;
- essere adatto o adattabile per la riproduzione ad un solo colore e in scala ridotta;
- prevedere una versione coordinata del logo con la dicitura “partner” finalizzata all’utilizzo dello stesso da parte di soggetti riconosciuti e/o accreditati nell’ambito delle attività “Eco Companies and Building” (la dicitura “partner” può essere riportata con lettere maiuscolee/o minuscole).
4. Servizi previsti dall’incarico
L’incarico prevede i seguenti servizi:
a) progettazione e realizzazione grafica del logo che rappresenti il nuovo marchio ecologico
“Eco Companies and Building”, secondo le indicazioni di cui al precedente paragrafo 3;
sarà previsto un incontro tecnico preliminare presso la sede del soggetto aggiudicatore per
la condivisione degli obiettivi, l’analisi dell’idea grafica e delle bozze di progetto (ulteriori
riscontri sull’elaborazione del progetto grafico potranno avvenire per via telematica);
b) revisione e correzione del materiale di cui alla precedente lett. a) secondo le indicazioni e le
esigenze del soggetto aggiudicatore (servizio comprensivo di almeno 2 incontri presso la
sede del soggetto aggiudicatore);
c) versione definitiva del logo; l’eventuale utilizzo di font non standard, o altri elementi grafici,
non dovrà costituire oneri per l’utilizzo del logo da parte del soggetto aggiudicatore;
d) versione definitiva del logo nell.

MAD Project: International Architecture Crowdsourcing Contest
MAD Project: International Architecture Crowdsourcing Contest
Since M.A.D Project launched, architects from Argentina, Chile, Brasil, Colombia, Mexico, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, among others, have registered to submit their projects for the restaurant and the meeting place that comprises the first stage of this International Architecture Competition.
Mendoza Art Distric (M.A.D) represents a promise capable of establishing itself as an icon in South America and as artistic expression in communion with its surroundings.
The project offers several options for the participation and integration of ideas and it is open to creative people in the fields of Architecture, Design and Art. Participants are required to submit three architectural designs: the restaurante, the meeting place, and a third one of a work of art in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contest.
The jury, which includes five professionals responsible for letting imagination run wild, will select the 5 (five) proposals that will proceed to the second stage, in which the winners will receive a 10,000 to 15,000 dollars prize.
Submit your Idea: Crowd Design
Since MAD ́s intention is to find an original and groundbreaking idea, the contest wagers on the strength of joint creation. Therefore, artists, all types of designers, and creative people are invited to contribute with ideas, products and services for a catalogue that will be made available to participating architects.
The catalogue will feature conceptual and technological innovations, production methods, and sustainability and constructability issues.
Designers will be able to select the designs, materials and technologies that they will include in their proposals, something the jury will specially value. The promoter of MAD will be able to select items from different creative fields for the first construction phase of the resort (restaurant and meeting place).

Mosaic Competition and Exhibition
1 -Sizes and theme of mosaic : Free
2- A printable high resolution digital photograph of mosaic work should be sent in tif or jpg format together with CV in word file to e-mail address : mozaikyarismasi@yahoo.com.tr until 30th of August 2013 .
3- A maximum of three works of art may be submitted by each competitor.
4- All successful works of art should be submitted to the competition location either by hand or by cargo. Cargo costs will be covered by the organisor.
5- Cargo insurance may be taken out by individuals themselves if so desired.
6- Works of art shall be completed in natural stone or glass mosaic, or a combination of both depending on personal preference.
7- The first three winning works originals and their copyrights will be belong to the Organization.The Organization have a right to exhibit the works whenever and wherever they wish to. The owner of the works will be informed about the the exhibition date and place
8- All the competitors are assumed to accept all the conditions.

Formerly known as the BDO Painting and Drawing Award, this is the third of a triennial event, and has undergone significant revision this year to broaden participation and acclaim. The BDO Northland Art Awards intend to provide a platform to showcase our best local artists, awarding those whose work stands in distinction. The cash prizes are intended to reward these artists, to assist in building their practice and career towards further recognition and success.
NEW JUDGE – We are extremely fortunate to welcome John Daly-Peoples as the judge for this years Award. John is an Auckland based arts writer, critic and correspondent, with years of curatorial, judging and arts management experience.

Nominations for the Creative New Zealand Arts Pasifika Awards 2013 are now open. The awards celebrate excellence and innovation in Pacific arts in New Zealand.
Nominations can be made by members of the public and artists can also nominate themselves in the relevant category.
The annual awards were established in 1996 and offer the public a chance to acknowledge artists who best characterise the richness and diversity of high-quality Pacific art in this country. Artists can be emerging or established, and practice either heritage or contemporary artforms.
Creative New Zealand is introducing a new award category this year – the Special Recognition Award – worth $5,000. This award recognises an individual whose work, influence and commitment have raised the standards, expectations and reputation of Pacific art and artists.
The Creative New Zealand Arts Pasifika Awards 2013 are:
Senior Pacific Artist's Award ($10,000) – recognises the contribution of a senior established Pacific artist in maintaining or developing their artform in New Zealand
Pacific Heritage Arts Award ($5000) – recognises an artist who has made a major contribution to maintaining, reviving or promoting a Pacific heritage artform in New Zealand. This may include language, dance, traditional music, weaving or tatau.
Pacific Contemporary Arts Award ($5000) – recognises an artist who has demonstrated innovation within their artform. Artists must have a track record and have achieved in their chosen field. Recognition will be given to those who work in a unique artform, or those who continually push the boundaries of their practice.
Iosefa Enari Memorial Award ($4000) – recognises the contribution of the late Iosefa Enari to the arts, in particular his pioneering role in Pacific opera. This award supports the career development of an individual Pacific singer, musician or composer across all classical genres and career stages.
Emerging Pacific Artists’ Award ($4000) – recognises an emerging artist showing promise and potential in their chosen art form. The purpose of this award is to recognise achievement at this developmental stage ensuring that the artist will develop their career in their chosen field.
New: Special Recognition Award ($5000) – recognises the recipient’s special contribution to the standing, and standard, of Pacific Arts in New Zealand and/or internationally. This award recognises an individual whose work, influence and commitment have raised the standards, expectations and reputation of Pacific art and artists. It may be awarded for artistry across any art form or for arts management, and could be for a one-off or ongoing contribution to a local or international success story.
