March 2006 - MexicoThe AIESM Management in Mexico, organized from the 15rd to the 30th of March 2006 the International Symposium of stainless steel Monumental Sculpture in the City of San Luis Potosì, Mexico. During the symposium, the world meeting of AIESM directive structure took place.
The symposium was patronized by the Government and the Municipality of San Luis Potosì, by the Ing. Juan Autrique, by Conaculta, Prominox, Infra and Corona.

The symposium opened on the 14th of March 2006 with a press conference in Mexico City at the presence of the embassadors of the Countries represented in the symposium, the patronizers and representatives of various public and private corporations.
The sculptures realized during the symposium will follow a traveling exhibition, which started at the private University “ Tecnologico de Monterrey”, in San Luis Potosì, to continue in a public plaza and a museum of San Luis Potosì and in the “Paseo de la Reforma” , in the centre of Mexico City
