ART FESTIVAL – GERMANY

The Wind Art Competition will be held for the twelfth time. The works entered will be exhibited at scenic locations in Northern Hesse. The exhibition will be accompanied by a thematic supporting program that invites visitors to discover the exhibited works and the surrounding landscape. Deadline for the ideas competition: May 5, 2025 (date of postmark, date of receipt of e-mail) A maximum of 3 works per artist/artist group can be submitted.

Material: Each work must be wind and weather resistant and must not pose any danger. Artistic responses in the form of wind objects, installations, performances and Land Art in the broad sense are welcome. The works must be equipped with suitable and functional suspension/installation devices (edges with eyelets, holes, carabiners, hooks, rings, poles, racks or similar).
Dimensions: The weight of the works to be hung without a suspension device must not exceed 5 kg.
Food and accommodation: not provided
Travel expenses: to be paid by the participants
Fee: 1st prize €3,000
2nd prize €2,000
3rd prize €1,000
Special prize €1,000
