INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM - SWITZERLAND

Deadline: March 31, 2017

A sculpture symposium will be held in July 2017 in Switzerland, where invited artists will create sculptures on the theme: "The labyrinth of freedom: freedom is conditioned by our capacity of deliberation and judgment."

Eligibility:
12 professional or expert sculptors will be selected by a jury according to the following criteria:
- Agreement with the topic / realization of the theme
- Idea / originality
- Techniques / Difficulty
- Feasibility

Material:
The organizer will provide wood (larch logs, diameter 50 cm, length 2.5 m) and erratic block (max 500 kg).

The Organization will provide free accommodation in upper class hotels (3-4 *, half board, drinks not included) and material.
If funds permit a modest honorarium you will be paid. Although the travel costs will not be reimbursed by the organizers.

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. The organizer declines responsibility.

Possibility of sale of the sculptures.
