INTERNATIONAL SNOW SCULPTURE COMPETITION - FRANCE

Deadline: 7th November 2016

A French Tourist Office organizes a SNOW SCULPTURE CONTEST, from 10 to 13 January, 2017. It will take place on a platform at 1500 m of altitude.

Registration for the competition is free. It is recommended that each participant to have insurance. The contest is open to 8 teams of artists (3 persons including at least 1 professional sculptor)

The competition is artistic. The theme is free.
Artists (French and foreign) will be selected for the contest over 18 years old.

AWARDS:
- NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONTEST AWARD : A trophy will be delivered from 1st to 3rd place.
- PUBLIC PRIZE - will be awarded on the last day of the competition, by ballots cast at the Tourist Office.
- CHILDREN PRIZE : will be awarded on the last day of the competition, by ballots cast at the Tourist Office.
- ARTIST PRIZE: The sculptors participating in the Contest will vote for the team or sculpture they prefer.

Honorarium: In the desire to alleviate the fees in charge sculptors, each participant receive an allowance of € 440.
