OPEN CALL FOR EMERGING ARTISTS - UK

Call for a Biennial which looks for proposals from emerging visual artists of all and any discipline: sculpture, performance, moving image, technology, events, installations, writing, talks, collaborative and participatory work, to name just a few. Big and small ideas, research, ambition and collaboration are welcomed. All artists, national and international, can apply.

The Biennial will take place from 2nd to 9th September 2016.

Theme : “In Other Worlds”.

The Biennial provides the opportunity for emerging artists to engage with a wide audience in new and unusual ways. As well as a production budget and artist fee, the biennial offers accommodation, curatorial and artistic development, technical support and a significant press, marketing and audience campaign. The festival also offers an extraordinary chance to build new collaborations and extend your network with artists around the world.
