INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM – CANADADeadline: 1st April 2016
An International Sculpture Symposium in Canada will take place from August 12 to 21 on the theme: Art and Industry.
The Symposium will:
- Provide A workspace and basic furniture (table and chairs) on both sites. The night security, electrical services and an outdoor shelter (12 'x 12') will be offered.
-Distribute Lunches, including a snack;
-Find A homestay and pay compensation for travel;
Component monumental sculpture:
-The Following materials will be prioritized: stone, wood, metal and fiberglass, taking into account their weather resistance and flame retardancy;
-The Paying fees of $ 3,000 per sculpture (duo or group have the same cachet)
Component-site installation:
-The Installation must be made from sustainable materials and fastening techniques (estimated at least 24 months);
-The Paying fees of $ 2,500 per sculpture (duo or group have the same cachet).
Additional performance component (s) / animation (s):
-They Must occur in creative spaces and during strategic moments when the audience is there;
-The Paying fees of $ 1,000 per performance project (s) / animation (s).
