DESIGN COMPETITION FOR SCULPTURES - ITALY

Deadline: February 20, 2016

The contest promotes the design of an object in local stone to create, exhibit and sell directly to the consumer.
Key points of the design: the use of local stone, modularity of the proposal, feasibility in terms of size and economic transport.

Admission
Participation is open and all persons of age, of the design industry and students, graduates and professionals.
Each team may be composed of a single component up to a maximum of four people.

Material and dimensions
The object will be made of local stone with small insertions permitted other materials (wood, metal, etc ...)
Dimensions: 50x36x26 cm. The work must be implemented in one or more blocks.

Awards
1st prize: Realization object + direct experience during processing object with overnight stay for 5 days + 7% in revenues on sale + Exhibition + Publications.
2nd prize: Publications
3rd prize: Publications

October 2016: selection results.
