Deadline: 1st october 2015

An arts center in USA presents an Artist In Residence program for visiting artists. Open to Alaska, US and international artists. The arts center seeks artist-led projects featuring community engagement through art such as poetry, new media, music, ephemeral art, dance, painting, theater, installation, creative writing, or sculpture at the Arts Center and surrounding community.
Residency Length: one month
Eligibility
Open call for Emerging and Mid-career Artists from US and from abroad.
Stipends / other support
$1000 stipend for one month; up to $1000 for a round-trip coach travel to the near town, and a $250 material budget.  Lodging is provided in a private room with a shared kitchen and living area above the arts center.
