INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM - AUSTRALIA

Artists are invited to submit entries by Friday 14 August 2015 for pre-selection in an international Sculpture symposium that will take place in Australia from 4 - 20 March 2016.
Key Information:
• Acquisition of a sculpture for to $70,000;
• Site specific artist subsidies of a total up to $10,000 to be distributed between selected artists
• Install and de-install Site Crew and heavy equipment assistance for all artists
• An estimated 260,000 visitors across 3 weeks
• Strong sculpture sales
• Over 70 sculptures by Australian and international artists

Exhibition sales
A substantial number of sculptures are sold during the exhibition, with 25-40% of outdoor works sold from our recent exhibitions. Artists should note, however, the overwhelming majority of sales of works are priced below $50,000.
