INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE WORKSHOP - TAIWAN

A Foundation from Taiwan is promoting an International Sculpture Workshop that will take place in Taiwan, from October 22th to November 20th, 2015.
National and international artists can apply.

Process
12 artists will be invited after reviewing.

Method: outdoor on-site creation; the whole creation process will be opened to the public.
Tools and Equipment:
1. Selected artists should prepare personal tools
2. Organizer will provide artists with water, electricity, worktable, work tent, air compressor, and moving machine of stone for their on-site creation.

The organizer will provide NT$50,000 for the manufacture of the model and overseas artists will receive an additional NT$20,000 to cover transportation costs.

Prize and Reward
Organization will provide selected artists with the expenses of meals and board during the workshop, 2 roundtrip plane tickets (Economy Class)
- Participants who work in stone will receive NT$250,000. This includes NT$100,000 for tools and a work allowance of NT$150,000.
- Participants who will work in copper casting sculpture will receive NT$180,000 (including the tool subsidy of NT$30,000 and a work allowance of NT$150,000.
