The prize is understood as economic satisfaction copyright and exploitation of winning or others that occur as a result of these awards work. The prize is in the form of gross amount payable to the winner. The winning entry will become the property of the Department of Culture.

All prizes will be awarded.
Any impact that the foundation will not specify the interpretation of the jury.
Participation in this award constitutes acceptance of their bases.
The verdict will be announced during a ceremony, next October 2015.
